Engineering Manager
BECO Manufacturing has an employment opportunity for an Engineering Manager. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our dynamic team.
This full-time position is located in Laguna Hills, California.
This position reports directly to the President of BECO Manufacturing and will be responsible for managing drafting personnel and project engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain document control
• Provide product support (design and reliability)
• Supervise the design electromechanical systems
• Establish and maintain manufacturing instructions
Experience:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline
• Experience with Solid Works, Autocad and related software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and vendors
• Hands-on product design of electromechanical systems with continuous improvement and troubleshooting experience
System Technician
BECO Manufacturing currently has an employment opportunity to expand our electromechanical system integration business division.
This full-time position is located in Laguna Hills, California. Some travel may be required.
This position reports directly to the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and mechanically inclined.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with electrical and mechanical drawings and manufacturing instructions
• Troubleshoot and analyze sensor, instrument, control, and system problems
• Establish and maintain manufacturing instructions
Experience:
• Experience reading electrical prints and manuals
• Experience with PLC and related software
• Familiar with and able to use various diagnostic equipment such as multi meters and flow meters
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with peers, managers, customers, and vendors
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial equipment
